Helmut up – ‘Ride2Work Day’ 2022 is around the corner South West Health Campus is proudly supporting ‘Ride to Work Day’ on Wednesday 19 October, and will be holding a breakfast for those riding to work on the day. Whether you’re a regular two-wheeled commuter or looking to start a new healthy habit, National Ride2Work Day is all about supporting your decision to jump on the bike. For people new to riding, National Ride2Work Day is a fantastic way to kickstart a new habit, and to get all your physical activity in before you kick off your work day. For existing riders, it’s a chance to celebrate and show everyone that we love riding bikes. You can park your bike at the bike racks located outside of allied health, and don’t forget we share the end of journey facilities on the St John of God site. The facilities provide us access to bike racks, showers and lockers, so reach out to facilities on ext. 1952 to organise your access.
