Friday 6 August was Walk Safely to School Day at West Balcatta Primary School. On a sunny but cool morning 176 students chose an active journey to school by walking or cycling, and registering their journey with our Student Leadership team. On a percentage basis the Year 6 students from TA15 took out the "Golden Shoe" with 76% of the class coming to school under their own steam. Thank you to all of those who took part. Next time we aim to break the 200 barrier!

Hi Andrew - great to see WBPS back at Your Move for Term 3 😊. Great to hear that you booked in a perfect day with the weather gods 😉. Is that just for special events like this, or could it be used for a future regular active travel day too?
