Winterfold Your Move Committee was very excited to host our first event of the year. As we have such a big committee I decided to make some sub-committees - we planned out what each sub-committee would be doing. One made posters on the computers to display around the school, one made the PA announcements on the days leading up to the event and the last group were the helpers on the day who handed out stickers and spot prizes.
Unfortunately, I was on sick leave and didn't get to see the great work of my committee. However, it seems all students enjoyed the day and the bike racks were fully loaded!! We now want to see this many bikes at school everyday!

Sorry to hear you were sick on the day Julia - but it seems you have made a good recovery and it is always a fantastic reflection on your team if the show can still go on without you! The team's efforts clearly paid off looking at all those bikes, scooters and smiles. And you have earned 40 points for your event plus 10 points for an engaging story.

Thanks James. I was actually off for 3 days as I had major dental surgery so I was off from Wednesday. But yes, my team were well organised and made it all happen.
