I would like to briefly introduce myself, Kieran Birney, as the new City of Rockingham Your Move champion. I am the Health & Wellbeing Community Development Officer with the City of Rockingham with a great passion for health, physical activity and improving nutrition.
I have a love for bike riding, walking and any form of physical activity. I am excited to bring my passion to the City to encourage active transport to school and work.
The City of Rockingham works closely with the Your Move schools in the City through our Your Move Schools Network meetings. These meetings occur at the start of every school term and allows schools to share ideas, resources and help each other with challenges.

Great to see you here Kieran! We always love reading about the Rockingham schools' network - there are always great things happening. Don't forget to let us know if you have any news from within the City too - maybe you have a working group that covers Active Travel promotions, or you have mapped out some ideas for the year such as a Park(ing) Day event in September or Ride to Work event for Bike Month in October?
