Dress Up Your Bike Day 2023

At Eden Hill PS, we held our annual Dress Up Your Bike Day on Friday 24th March, to coincide with National Ride2School Day. This was promoted in the School Newsletter, on the school Facebook page and over the school PA system. As a result, we had many wonderfully dressed bikes this year and placed them on display in the quadrangle so everyone could admire the efforts students went to.

With so many entries, it was hard to select a winner and runner up. The winning bike was turned into a UFO, while the runner up was a Mario creation. We were able to award the winner with a Your Move backpack filled with goodies and a $100 voucher from 99 bikes. Our runner up also received a backpack filled with goodies. We had so many students riding to school, we ran out of room in the bike shed and needed to store the bikes in the undercover area!

We also held a colouring in competition. There was a winner for Pre-Primary, Junior (Years 1 & 2), Middle (Years 3 & 4) and Senior (Years 5 & 6). Again, there were so many entrants it was difficult choosing the winners. Each winner received a small bag of Your Move goodies.
