Street Safety Film Competition - Secondary

Donna Buckley
10

Today I posted a notice about a Street Safety Film Competition in 2020 on our Your Move Connect Page. It aligns perfectly with our Your Move objectives. Many of the John Curtin students commute by public transport and walk through the hustle and bustle of Fremantle on a daily basis. An educational movie on street safety would be a valuable resource for the college community. More details of the competition below:

Who: WA students aged 12-18 years.

What: Create a 3 minute short film on street safety. Enter as an individual or in groups of up to three people.

When: Registrations open February 2020. Films due by June 2020.

Prize: A filmmakers prize pack, including an opportunity to work with WA film making professionals on the next Your Call interactive film!

Entries will be judged and shortlisted by a panel of communications industry professionals.

The top 10 entries will be showcased at an Awards Ceremony at the WA Screen Academy in July 2020.
