This month our student Your Move Team met to discuss all things about 'travel". They used the activity list and program planner from the Your Move website and planned some activities onto the Your Move calendar.
Some of the activities this year will be to conduct a parent survey, run a colouring in competition, get involved in World Environment Day, organise a ride your scooter to school day and start up a Walk to School Wednesday. These plans are just to name a few.
The student team would like to meet up a couple of times a term to check on their progress and to see what promotion they need to do. It is so great to have such a super keen bunch of children ready to make a difference.
