Fuel Free Fridays are back again in 2025! Friday, 1st of March, saw the recommencement of Fuel Free Fridays at Sorrento Primary School! A Connect Notice was sent out to the school community to promote the recommencement of the program at our school.
Our Faction Captains did an excellent job for their first Fuel Free Friday. They arrived at school bright, early, and excited to station themselves around the school to reward active travellers.
Lots of students took part in walking, riding or scooting to school. We handed out stickers and tattoos to encourage our students to participate. Raffle tickets were handed out, and two lucky students will be drawn out and win a great little prize pack at our next assembly.
We look forward to continuing Fuel Free Fridays throughout 2024 and are excited to begin planning for future events.
