Pedal power to healthy eating

South Metropolitan Health Promotion Service organised a stall for Bike Week to promote the FSFHG Wellness Committee. Using pedal power over 100 healthy smoothies were made outside the Ladies Auxiliary Kiosk on B5. The bike was made by Lifecykel out of an old 70’s exercise bike and a washing machine motor, both found on the side of the road. The stall was attended by clinical staff (41%), and non-clinical staff (37%).
