Last Monday the Team met for the first time & DID we get going (or should I say MOVING?) First thing was to review our brainstorming from the end of last year at handover. The goals were reviewed, discussed & then set. Excellent outcome Team. I was so proud of the Team with the SMART way of doing things in evidence throughout the goal setting.
From there the Team did a "personal" drop off of our now famous "Toesday Totals" (WPS code for our weekly HU survey). The Team visited each class to gee everyone up to return the surveys ON TIME to ensure the possibility of Champion status (being the best AT participants) & that little incentive of AT = a raffle ticket (raffle ticket meaning a chance to pick from the YM prize box)
Next, the Team made a start on our early (more about that later, in another story) Decorate Your Wheels posters. DYWs, for us, is scheduled for the end of February. There being a couple of good reasons: works for the running of the school & the "real" date of NR2SD being the school's summer sports carnival! Posters will be finished & on display next week.
What a fantastic start to the 2023 YM journey. So proud of you, Team.

Getting right on to establishing your goals for the year - we'd expect nothing less from the Warnbro Your Move Team! The team have earned themselves 10 points for their first meeting of the year.
